A two and a half hours of promenade performance around the Almhouses and an air raid shelter. Unfortunately, people were made to stand outside for 45 minutes before anything happens. When it did, it was some pseudo drivel about creation, love that makes no sense what so ever. The audience were led into the shelter in complete darkness and things were happening around but with any structure or purpose. After 40 minutes of wondering in the dark pointlessly, the audience were led out to the garden for a cup of tea and cake with more nonsense.
This could have shortened it to about an hour rather than a full 2.5 hours long, do a tour of the shelter and put something atmospheric on and be done with it. Although there was a hint of humour about it or maybe it was bemusement mistaken for humour.
