Robin and Partidge: Robin Dies at the End of the Show – Pleasance This, Pleasance Courtyard.

The title promise much meta and self referential material but it is merely a device to introduce Death as a character in a series of sketches and comedy. This enables an extended play on the word death and a series of rather superficial and silly sketches about dating. There are sections of poetry, quick fire, pun based jokes and less successful sections on middle class dinner parties and being middle class in general. There is certainly a good variety of material. This is not to say the jokes are not good, silly as it is and it will certainly make you laugh. The likeable duo can benefit with some polishing on their materials and a higher concentration of jokes.
