Unburden (Saying The Unsaid), BAC. ****

Adrian Howells, zen master like, invited me to sit opposite him and be comfortable with each other presence. We then begin our session by answering his one profound and encompassing question about relationship, lifestyle and love. This is more akin to a meditation session or an experience rather than a theatrical performance. There are certainly theatrics, with hundreds of candle light flickering in a warm and large room and a strong but not overwhelming scent of pine. All through the brief time we spent together, Howell’s creates an overwhelming sense of warmth and comfort, love and security which no doubt heightens by lighting and scent. This is a beautiful and personal exploration of spirituality and a sense of calm and serenity unlike any theatrical experience.
